The fully independent warehouse features 80 loading docks arranged on the two fronts of the building and is ideal for both courier and logistics operations. It will be constructed to the criteria of a modern distribution business (e.g. single line of columns, sprinkler system, LED lighting, photovoltaic panels and electric vehicle charging stations) and with the aim of LEED Gold certification. The large turning spaces enable excellent access for goods vehicles and there is also a large parking area with spaces for 163 cars, 20 articulated trucks and 94 vans.
